The big names keep qualifying for the Off Street Masters final on March 24.
Heat 2 saw some extremely consistent performances as well as some outstanding drift battle action. The finalists from Heat 2 are:
Rick Walsh & Col Walsh
Both Walsh brothers demonstrated their vast experience and proved that consistency is the key in drift qualifying. It also helps to have outstanding machinery.
Tim Sorenson
The well-known red V8 ute used all his local knowledge to storm into the finals.
Andrew Parissis
“Fat S15” tuned in another fantastic performance to book his place on March 24
Cameron Cremona
A consistent performance from this experienced drifter, and will cause headaches for his opponents in the battle stages
Brian Campbell
Won a drift battle against Scott Gibb to grab the 12th finalist position.
Places are filling fast for Heat 3 on March 10. Cars must be road registered to compete.
18 drivers will proceed to the qualifying stage on March 24, with the best 16 participating in the classic elimination format.
